Here are two photos that I re-edited that are already in my portfolio. Please tell me what you think. I think maybe a little too much blur, but lets see what you think.

I would like some critique if anyone is interested or available to give to me. Any ideas to make it better next time would be awesome.

hey,im not one to say but...yes its a little to much blur,the pose is nice and your very pretty.
all in all i like your picture.

Thanks Trevor! Really appreciate it. I figured there was too much blur, but because I cropped so close to get a close up, my face skin looked horrible, so I had to blur, maybe not so much though I guess.

I just blurr the duplicate layer and then apply a layer mask. I fill the mask with black masking the blur. I then go in with a with paintbrush set to white and just paint the parts of the face that need it(revealing the layer), ie cheeks, chinn, forehead etc.. Then I adjust the layer opacity to bring some texture back to the face, other wise you look like a plastic doll. I'm no pro but I've found that to help. Trevor~
