I might be wrong but please let me know...
or the irony is that it breaks the rules???

Remember that we are not suppose to talk about a entry until the challenge is over. If you think that the picture was done illegally ask for a Disqualification (DQ) and still give it a score that you think it deserves.

If the picture is DQ'd then the score you give it will not count including scores from other people. If the picture is Ok'd and not DQ'd then the score you give it will stand as will other scores given to it.

DQ's will be looked at and decided if it's legal or not.

Please don't refer directly to entries whilst the challenge voting is taking place. If you have any doubts about the legality of a photo follow the disqualification procedure.
