A friend of mine ( W.R.Miller)showed me a really cool way to sign photos a while back and I have shared with several individuals but thought I would share in the forum so I can share with others too.
In Photoshop...
-go to the file menu then select ânewâ
-make a canvas about 4â high by 6â wide, 300dpi, transparent background [click ok]
-Select text tool and make your font HUGE (like 72) and pick your font (I used Rage Italic for mine)
-Type whatever text you want (example ©John Smith) [Hint: hold down ALT+0169 then let go to create the © symbol]
-You can then go to âeditâ then âdefine brush presetâ Name it then select [OK]
Now when you select your brush tool you just go to the last defined brush in your list then you should see it. Now you can pick your color, you can control the size of your signature through your brush tool. You can even control opacity, etc like a regular brush (very cool).
Anyway, enjoy! And if you have a better way then please post it.

| I signed my name with my tablet in photoshop and saved it, then I just paste it into a new layer before saving off a print. |
