I wonder if there is anyway we coukd leave comments on a photographer, on there photographers profile page, or click a tab to be able to do this, like we leave comments on there images.
Just a thought.....
ps; Sorry about the spelling in the title, and have asked site council to fix it for me..... My eyesite makes me click or touch the wrong keys sometimes.....
THANKS heaps for fixing that for me Site Council, as you are TOPS in my book, and do a great job.....

I like the idea and have become quite used to that feature on web sites.

That's a great idea. It'd be nice to see that. |

To help flush out the idea, how would it work, where would it be exactly? I think its a good one too. |

Maybe a link right under the Add photographer to your favorites under our profiles, that says: "Leave Photographer a Comment!"
Then a comment box is created either above or below the highest rated photographs or something like that.
Just an idea...
The coding wouldn't be too hard to do either. |

I like the idea but only if that's coupled with fotomann_forever's suggestion from a while back about being able to delete comments.

I think it would be really handy to have some way of knowing if someone has left a comment on a photo in your portfolio. Some kind of alert when you go into your portfolio that advises a comment has been added to such and such a photo.
If this is already possible can you tell me where to find it.
Thanks |

I would delete any nice comments, and accumulate only the hate mail! :-)

It'd be nice to have little Pop-up alerts when you get a PM or if this comment thing works out, an alert for that.
Of course being able to turn off/on the alert thing, in case people get annoyed by it or something.

Haha... yeah, I read through the forums every so often, but haven't really felt motivated enough to get involved. I've also been watching the challenges, but nothing's really peaked my interest lately. Guess it's the corporate life bogging me down, but I've got 6 months down and only 6 more to go until it's caribbean bum time again... |

there is a mod that will do this. Go to the "community" tab, drop down to "community projects". Scroll down to "Jeff's DPChallenge Mods". click the link. Its in the second box on his page there. Read the instructions. |

OK, I pushed the button that said to down load and writing came up. What else do I have to do or is that it. Just back out and it's done? Maybe I need someone to add a comment to see if it's working. hmmmm |
