When submitting photos for contests, we are asked for location of exposure. Could someone please fill me in on what this means? Thanks in advance

It generally refers to geographic location, which is often as simple as "my basement," etc. Generally a town name is good.

No problem... I'm sure you're not the first person to wonder about it! I am betting that somewhere along the line someone has put: "In my camera, of course" or something to that effect :)

Where the shot was taken, for example MacDonald's Restaurant, Moscow, Russia or Orient Express, Vienna, Austria, Mt. Everest, Himalayas, Tibet etc. ;-)
