Okay, I know there are a lot of animal lovers out here on this website so I thought I'd share this. My dog loves his Roccoli bones -- yes they are the broccoli stalks. The part that you cut off and discard -- give'm to your dog -- they are a great source of nutrition and fiber for them.
My dog eats them all up in one night -- 2 to 4 without problem. He also loves cauliflower, cabbage and carrots -- all raw! Just thought I'd share this with you...

People discard the broccoli stalks? Are they crazy? That's the best part of the broccoli. Asian cultures love using the stalks in their cooking. Boil up some and your good to go. In fact I added cut up stalks and used them in fried rice last night.
Looks like he's really enjoying the stalk as we all should. Great shot. You can almost feel the texture of the fur. Lighting really helps to bring out the fur.

Faidoi -- do you eat the tough part? I eat stalks too -- but not the really tough fibery part -- and well because Charlie likes them -- I give him some of the soft stuff too.
Hey, ever want to share some ethnic recipes -- this Austrian/American girl would love them! I love to cook Asian food. I shop regularly at a Japanese market in Chicago.

Benefits of eating brocolli .
Yes, I actually prefer the tough part to the head of the brocolli. Works out because everybody else prefers the head.
Since this is a photography site. How about a "food" challenge. Might be interesting to see different kinds of food is out there. Or something like a "McDonalds" challenge ,it would be cool to see what it looks like in different countries.
