Anyone have a macro focusing rail that you would recommend?

Manfrotto
only because i have the rest of their system & like it
this particular one looks like one of the rails on my Manfrotto 303Plus pano head & i like it ;)

Another vote for it. I chose it for the same reason, but you could use it with non-Manfrotto gear too because it has standard tripod thread mounts on the bottom.

I own two of the Manfrotto's/Bogen plates. I put them in a "T" arrangement to make it easier to make foreward and back adjustments as well as left and right.
