I am trying to print a 8x10 photo of a couple. I get it all edited in photoshop, make it look just the way I want it to and then when I print it out they have a reddish tint to the face.

I am printing out of photoshop CS2 on a canon pixma 9000. I havent had this problem before.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

Thanks
Rich

Post the photo so we can see.

Do you have your monitor calibrated?

What color mode are you editing with? Is it the same as the color mode used for printing?

Are you using a printer profile in CS2 for your printer? I simply cant get good colors out of my printer going direct from CS2 or CS3. I use the program that came with my canon printer to get the colors I need using a slightly adjusted profile from the printer to match my calibrated monitor.

I found it nevermind, the calibration file had been changed to my wifes printer without me knowing.

Thanks for the quick answers though.
