Hello,
Peddled off my Linksys and a laptop to a friend. We went to change the name of the wireless linksys. Changed it but now it is asking me for that Looooggg password...which I forgot about a year ago !
If I recall, there is a way to "hard reset" the linksys to it's default but I can't remember.
Does anyone know?
EDIT: I'm trying to reset back to the original "admin" username/password.

I'm not sure about which model you have, but there should be a small recessed button on the back. Use a pencil or something like that to push it in for a few seconds while it is powered up.
Once you have done that, I believe the startup id/pw will be "admin"/"password". |
