My entry in the Something old challenge had okay results. (NOTE NOT GRIPING!!!) Many said that it was a bit dark. Well it was.

Under basic I could not do really what I wanted to do to the image.

Here is the version that was printed
along with its partner from the same Gas station


They look killer on metallic paper !

I'll agree with you, the second edit is many times better ;) I don't really care for the first at all. What all changes did you make in the second that wouldn't be allowed under basic?

My guess would be masks...

Why not just put them in the Free study then?

I dont like basic as I can't hide my shortcomings as a photographer as well as I can in advanced.

Its kinda like a distortion pedal on a guitar, great for covering up those little slip ups!

You mean its also like the an artist who has to show the pencil construction lines in his masterpiece because he can't use the full range of tools available to him ;-)

OI! I use a mega marshall super turbo power fuzz box on my guitar... wot ya saying?... huh!
