The strobes are a little under powered, but certainly good for a starter kit. On the other hand, that's an amazing amount of "stuff" all together in one package for that price.
I paid $200 for my backdrop stand. You could easily pay a couple hundred for muslins. The lights, the light modifiers, everything else ... it's really a decent price. Hope it's real. ?

The seller seems to be professional and reputable. The sheer scope of the kit is dizzying. For a small home studio 150ws x 2 is perfectly adequate power. I am a little surprised by what appears to be the lack of a power unit to plug the strobes into; back in the day we always had a box (heavy) that plugged into the wall, and the strobes (very light) plugged into the box. As far as I can tell these are self-contained (each head is its own power unit) and that's new to me.
Seems like a lot of bang for the buck...

The self-contained units are called monolights. I happen to prefer it, as it means each unit is completely independent. But it does make the flash heads more expensive than the kind you are describing where all of the electronics are housed in one box and one to four strobes are connected to that box. The disadvantage to that method, of course, is the number of cables all emanating from the box going to every strobe.
