... there is a foam spacer that goes between cardboard and the photos when they package them. Well that spacer is the best thing you can put in your shoe when you have blisters on your feet. REALY!

I wore pair of new shoes to work today and just before I go to the building.... PAIN.... Skin broke and shoe was rubbing against popped blister. I could barely walk. Once I got to work, I tried everything. Band aids, tissues, business cards, nothing worked. I thought this will be a day from hell. Looking under my desk I saw old package from my Adorama prints. hmmm... Let me try that foam and see. It was a huge relief. I felt like I was wearing soft broken in shoes. It was the best thing in the world. Ahhâ€Â¦..

I just had to share.

Maybe I should order some prints before next year's challenge walk!

This may sound really odd, but it really does work. When you break in a new pair of shoes and they begin to rub you in places---> take a piece of duct tape and tape that area directly on your foot. Tape over every area that rubs or begins to rub and do that for several days and I guarantee you will break in any pair of new shoes without any discomfort in a matter of days.

I heard there was a run on duct tape... and not for the usual reasons either. ;)

Robert: check out the "Out and About Forum" - that's where people post threads about get-togethers. I think I've seen various events in your area over the past year or so.

In case you don't know, DPC get-togethers (known as "GTGs") are just informal things that people volunteer to put together. There's nothing "official."
