I'm a huge Bounty Hunter fan and love the show, love what he does and love the whole family dynamics they have going on.. I'm blown away that #1, he uses the language he used. Based on what I've seen, which is only the show, it's shocking that he's behaved this way.. It always appeared to me that he was religious and loving. This type of hatred seemed to be so far from the man he portrays on tv..
But, what blows me away even more, is the betrayel of his own son... Could you imagine if your kid decides to start taping every conversation you have with them, or just the arguments, and then uses them against you.
Please, no one take this the wrong way.. I'm disgusted at what he said. It goes against every fiber in my body and I would never speak that way, but I have said some horrible things in the past.. Some of which I'm sure would be equally disgusting to someone else..I think we're all guilty of that at one point in our life. I'd be living in a corner if I had to face this kind of retribution for saying those things..
Now, for the big fans of the show, we all know how Beth deals with problems within her family.. If your against the family, then she's going to tear you to pieces, and she must be beside herself that one of his own children went public with a private conversation & may have essentially destroyed their lives from this point forward.. At least, financially if A & E completely drops them from the network..I sure hope that none of the other members of the show or children just bought a huge house on one of the islands as they may not be getting any additional royalties or income from the show.. Scary !!!
I'm just curious what everyone else thinks about it..

I think that he is human. Humans make mistakes. He used a word to describe one person's character, and it was taken out of context and used to play the race card. Was he wrong? Of course. Does he deserve a chance to right the wrongs? Why not? It won't be me casting the first stone. And, I really don't like the show. Though, when nothing else is on, I find myself watching it for hours.

I occasionally watch it and I tend to agree that his comments were probably taken way, way out of context. Especially since the National Enquirer is involved.
If they get hard up for cash, Beth could always start a fashion show :-) |

I can't say that I would fall into that category. I have tried to watch the program, but find it truly boring and with little redeemable value.
To each his own I guess.

From watching the show it makes him seem like he is really interested in helping and saving criminals from drugs. He is considered to be one of the best bounty hunters in the world. It is sad his son would sell out for a little bit of cash. Must be some bad feelings or previous issues they haven't worked out. Don't feel bad for him though because he did it to himself. From what i know Dog was once on drugs and has been in prison, its not like he is an amazing person or something. Yes he is an inspiration to millions because he changed his life for the better. When you mess up that bad early on in life chances are you messed up other peoples lives as well, meaning his kids |

I think Dog should take a nice Mexican vacation. |
