Hi,
I would like to enter an image for the October free study which ends today. I am currently just a registered user. How long typically does it take to become a paid up member after completing the registration process? Is it instant? If I were to do it shortly, would it go through in time for me to submit for this months challenge.

Thanks

I can't see anywhere that says, please allow 24/48 hours to complete or anything like that. Anyone thats done it recently, what was your experience?

I think as soon as you pay, you become member.

I remember having to go through some kind of initiation or probing of some sort. ...oh wait, I got my DPC membership confused with my alien abduction. Sorry - it's a little different.

Good luck and welcome aboard. :)

Excellent, sounds like I should be able to pay up and then submit my entry for the Free Study very soon after and make the deadline.

Thanks

If you pay using PayPal with a credit card or the balance in your account, your membership takes account instantly. If you use an e-check, it does take a few days for funds to clear.

I'm going to write to the SC and complain - I didn't get an Alien abduction thrown in with my membership !!
