Not quite - the idea is that when the person first entered their picture they presumably wanted it to do well, heck maybe even win !! unyet . . the wobbly horizon, background noise , missing heads etc seemed to take it's toll on the scoring :- )

So find a Brown Ribbon Winner of your choice and 'pimp it' so that it has a chance to win Blue instead, transform it into the picture it should have been.

Thumbs Up on this one... it would be like a mentoring session.

When I commented on some of the lessor than average shots (IMO) in the past I would always start with "If I was doing this..." with a challenge such as this we would be able to show "This is what I'd do..."

Cool concept and it has to be better than some of the Member challenges we have had recently.

Thank you - that is exactly the right idea.

I like this idea also, but I think we should be able to use our own brown ribbon entries too... We can always try to improve ourselves.

Great idea...

We can always try to improve our own shots, but like other Deja Vu challenges, this is about looking at someone elses work and showing your version of it.

How it could have been . .

As someone who has 12 'Brown Ribbons' (granted, all of the intentional), I'll all for this quirky challenge idea. As it is written, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"!
