I've been a registered member for about 1.5 years. I was looking around the manage your favorites section of my profile to day and found the Statistically favorite images link. I had never bumped into this before. Seems it lists every 10 I've ever given out. At least I think that's what that stat is. Anyway it shows out of 16,700 votes or so I've given out 28 10's, and about as many 9's. I didn't count them.
Interesting. Is there a statistically least favorite image stat? heheheheh could rank our trolls that way. ;)

What some call trolls, others might classify as a knowledgeable person with discerning taste... it's all in the perception.

| Out of 14k votes, the view shows only top 100 photos, they are all 10s in that view. Again, I may not be this site's average voter.. |

People who use 1's properly will not be in the top percentile of members with the highest number of 1's. I vote a 1 occasionally. It must be a truly offensive image for me to rate it a 1. But I was just helping to keep the troll legend going with my post anyway. ;) Since voting surveillance went into effect I don't believe we've had the problem as much as the past.

I've got well over 100 10's and I sure well over 100 1's. I use the entire scale.

I very rarely find an image that IMO is so bad it deserves a 1 or a 2, and not that many 3's either... I give a LOT of 4's and 5's though...

my too, that full page is all 10s so i have given lots of 10s.
But since i give lots of 1s too, i am schizophrenic voter. :-) |

Stacks and stacks, as I love giving out 10's for outstanding images that move me, but not as many lately..... I very rarely give out scores under 4.

24 10's out of 1,941 votes, the remainder of the 100 are all 9's.
Oddly enough, 7 of those 10's are from that Expert Editing Free Study we had. Geezum that was a good turnout in that challenge. And most of my 10's from there weren't highly edited! More challenge turnouts like that, please! |
