| My ISO suddenly won't allow me to change it. It shows in the menu that I've changed it but when I take the picture its still stuck on 200. I tried to use it at an outdoor event, not a professional one just for fun with my kid, so I wasn't worried about it looking grainy. I wanted it to be fast to catch all the excited kids going for candy at our zoo halloween event and realized that it was stuck. Please help if you have any ideas. |

You are pressing the center button instead of the shutter button after you select the ISO you want aren't you?
I just ask, because I catch myself doing that from time to time.

LOL I was thinking that too because I have caught myself doing that too, but it wasn't that. |

It's sounding like a camera malfunction. When you go back to the menu is the iso indicated what you set it to or 200?

| Called Canon and got it fixed. yay. Apparently it needed to be reset because I used a Sigma lens. He said sometimes it causes the cameras to freeze up, but it's rare when it does. I'm just happy it works. Thanks to all of you that tried to help!!! |
