Hello,
My printer has Cyan, Magenta and yellow. It also has 2 slots for black ink. One is for a "big" one and the other for a smaller one.
I thought that if one runs out the other would take over. But..my "big" one is out and the little one is 1/2 full and my printer says can't print b/c no black ink?
Is this correct? Does full ink have to be in both slots?
Thanks

| mine wont let me print unless they both have ink. If they run out, it tells me they are out and makes me put new ones in. |
