Hello,

My printer has Cyan, Magenta and yellow. It also has 2 slots for black ink. One is for a "big" one and the other for a smaller one.

I thought that if one runs out the other would take over. But..my "big" one is out and the little one is 1/2 full and my printer says can't print b/c no black ink?

Is this correct? Does full ink have to be in both slots?

Thanks

mine wont let me print unless they both have ink. If they run out, it tells me they are out and makes me put new ones in.
