access to more challenges (especially free-studies) and the advanced editing set.

Also you get storage space here so it's easier to upload and link to keep the comments here.

yeah, that is mostly why i want to become a member so i can store a lot of my pictures and get comments on them, even though they aren't for any challenges.

in your opinions... is it worth the money?

Judging by the photographer's profile pages, we currently have about 2860 paid members. That number alone would have to mean something...

And you can sell prints via DPC Prints

Always in support of the younger crowd. You get your parents to approve it and I will pay for it.

Leanna,

Rex is always a giving person, as are many on DPC. Feel free to let your parents know of the amount of knowledge to be found here, and IF they say 'no', don't dare hesitate to come back & ask for more information (for you OR them).

Best of luck, and welcome to the community.

Leanna, you're already hooked! Join and see what else awaits!

You'll find tons of help, you'll make more friends, young and old. I guarantee if you participate enthusiastically, you'll get better, faster, and have more fun.

Tell your parents that there are people here that pay for their own daughters' memberships.

pwncakesauce is my budding photographer, and I also bought her a D40, and paid for the trip to Hawaii so she had something to shoot!

Oh, and just as another thought, there's a young lady here that is doing a photography project for school, and she asked for help from us in the form of images to use for her project. We were delighted to help. It's what we do.

See here: //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=691543

See you here as a member soon, I hope!

Welcome Leanna! With 12 challenges under your belt, you don't even qualify as a noob though. Looking forward to seeing more of your work in member challenges.
