I am trying to create cards with prints on the front. It would be a blank greeting card with envelope in a sealed plastic pocket.
Does anyone have any experience with pricing and/ or reasonable suppliers?

I am interested in the software that provides elegant borders and frames for greeting cards, as well as, card stock and suppliers. I hope someone has suggestions.

Yes, lots of folks are doing just that. They sell quite well in shows.
I think most of the on line print labs that people use have them. I know for sure mpix does, I'm not sure on best prices, I have been told mpix is pretty reasonable.
As for the sleeves, I have been quite happy and know a lot of people use clearbags.com.

This supplier sells top notch card stock that makes it pretty easy although you will pay a little more per card than some.

As for pricing I've seen a wide range depending on the venue or outlet and quality of the product. From $1 a card all the way to $5.00 a card.
