Spaz, don't take my further silence as concession, just that I'm in no mood for your childish form of debate. I'm not even in a mood to debate, just stating how I feel. Anyway, have fun.
Thread ignore.

That's not what you said earlier.

The later statement condemns those who are unhappy, yet unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation.
Your first statement condemns warehouse workers who make low wages and have little hope for advancement.
There's a world of difference. |
I disagree. Both statements indicate that Leroy has no sympathy/patience with those who are stuck in low-paying, dead-end jobs, especially those who complain about them. Presumably he believes that anyone with an ounce of gumption will work his/her way up the ladder to something better, and anyone who doesn't has basically given up, and has no cause to whine.
I'm not saying I agree with Leroy, just that I don't think the statements contradict each other; indeed, I think they complement each other.

A person, working at a warehouse in that low-paying, dead end job simply as a way to earn a living while looking for something better would earn Leroy's contempt per his first statement, but not his second. So would a person for whom that warehouse job was the pinnacle of their capability. Therein lies the contradiction. |

Spaz are you a defense attorney? or just a guy with too much free time?
I'm gonna forward my boy O.J. your contact info, the lawyer that saved his ass with twisting facts and baffled bullshit died last year, and hes gotten himself into a little trouble, so he could probably use your help on this.

It's a minor blemish on their reputation IMO. It's sad that as a predominantly "minority" company (i.e. a minority that was once heavily persecuted) they do something like this.
It won't change my buying habits. They are the best, either online or in line (or online as they say in NY. wacky New Yorkers.) |

I won't shop at B&H anymore. But that's only because I can usually find the same item cheaper elsewhere from a reliable vender. |

Interesting that you would rather attack my opinion than to have your own.
You know, I grow rather tired of you following me around just being contradictory. Your efforts have become nothing more than annoying. They certainly aren't intellectual. I'd equate them to "I know you are, but what am I."
Now excuse me while I go better my financial standing.

I don't follow you around. Why would I?
As for your insults, I think they say more about the kind of person you are than anyone else.
My opinion, since you asked, is that condemning someone because of their station in life, at best, shows a lack of compassion. It certainly doesn't reflect well on those who hold and profess such opinions.
Good luck with it. |

You do. I could list thread after thread where your only purpose was to state a contradiction to my opinion. And that you focused entirely on me rather than the subject. I wouldn't even be back in this thread if I hadn't received a PM that you were up to your normal acts. Perhaps you are bored, or perhaps it's jealousy, I don't know. Really don't care, just would like for you to stop.
As for my insults, they reflect exactly what I think of you, nothing more.
Even the opinion you just formed just now is nothing but a contradiction to what you believe is mine. I doubt you even read the OP. Your "opinion" certainly doesn't indicate that you have.

Maybe it's you following me around. Are you actually keeping track of when I disagree with some of the preposterous things you state?
And, rest assured, I hold you in equally high regard.

Personally, that doesn't affect what I think about B&H. I like the online store and have purchased many things from them. In our ultra-politically correct society, there are going to be complaints, lawsuits, etc. over the smallest things. As long as they are providing a good service, good prices, etc. and are not doing anything too extreme I do not have a problem buying from them. |
