Is there such version of Creative Suite selling out there?
Is it legal to be buying it in a standalone package without any bundle?

Yes and No.

Although resellers get around the OEM restrictions by including with the software some cheap piece of computer stuff, hardware that the software is "bundled" with that's only worth a dollar and is of no use to the buyer :-)

meaning it is legal with any cheap piece of hardware? like a floppy disk drive perhaps?
Would that loophole be legal with BSA?
