Well my home town is having a garden expo this weekend and they held a photo comp. My entries below won.
1`st in Single Rose
1'st In Single Flower
1'st in Black and White. It almost got competition champion but the judges didn't think it was fair to choose it as it was the only one that was obviously photoshopped.
2'nd in Black and White
My sister also took out several sections. One person comment that it was'nt fair that there seemed to be two professionals competing against amateurs (in my opinion a compliment) and my mum commented that we weren't pro's, rather two girls who take their hobby seriously.
Thankyou DPC and all members as it has only been because of the things that I have learned this year by entering challanges and the answers that I have gotten to questions raised that my photography is where it at today. :-)

Thanks for all the congrats. I'm feeling really pleased with myself.
The prizes are minimal, a nice photo frame for first and $5.00 I think for second. I'm just happy with the placings. There were 200 spread out over 7 sections so I think I did quite well. |
