So has anyone tried it? I'm starting it on Monday and I'm really excited. Me and my mom are both doing it, we've talked about it for a while and I think it will be good. I know I'm young but I do have a decent gut and I would like it gone, and this looks like it will work very well!
So really I just want to know if anyone has done or attempted the program and how it worked for you.. was it stressful/easy, hard to keep up everything etc..
and for anyone interested in it here is the website //www.bodyforlife.com

My sister in law did it, took some commitment, but worked well for her. She lost a ton of weight and transformed her body. Good luck.

I have the book. :-)
I have a friend who did it 4 or 5 years ago. He stuck with it and it worked for him. His body has since gone back to "normal."

I have the book as well and it is very interesting.
For since I'm young it won't take much to transform me, and I'm thankful for that. I am truly commited and it will be a huge confidence booster in many ways(hopefully in my photography career as well :-) )
