how can a isee how many shoots have my canons??? thanks i
i see some numbers at top right for example 100- 0893 somthing liek that what does it means??

my camera names each shot with "DSC######" and those numbers (say 3,214) tell me that that picture is number 3,214 |

A Canon service center can tell you.
If you have your camera set to name the file in sequential l numbers then you can get an idea from the file name, although it wil start over at 10,000.

As I understand it the 100- 0893 is the count if its set to continuous numbering. ie: does not reset when you change cards.
Numbering goes 100-0000 to 100-9998 then goes 101-0000 to 101-9998 then 102-0000 to 102-9998 and so on. For some reason the last two digits cannot be 99.
So if your numbers are 104-1242 its done approx 31,242 give or take a couple
edited total count

I googled the preview extractor, and saw down at the bottom of the page that the version 1.2 at Kazaa has spyware. |
