Hi. Personally I think if you are using a D200 stick with it unless there is a concrete reason to upgrade or you have the money to toss. I have a D200 and am very happy with it. An upgrade to the D300 is in the air though, almost sure and the reason is maybe silly, but not so for me.

I atarted wearing glasses a few years ago and can NOT get used to them; neither in life nor for photographing. I have the constant feeling between me and the life I live there is this sheet of glass preventing me from being there exeriencing things as before. My photography has also suffered.

With the D300 live view on a larger screen I figure a big personal obstacle will have overcome. Trite? Not if you know the stress and fatigue that result from shooting with an extra lens on the wrong side of the camera body!

I am looking forward to the D300 for that reason alone.
