Has anybody heard anything about the Canon 2007 fall rebates? Or when they might start?

Hey Phil, I heard or read something around beginning of October? I just can't confirm cause I can't find where I heard or read this...I might be dreaming as usual too

With the free falling US $ I would not expect anything flash [no pun :-)] (I am expecting prices to rise anytime soon actually).

I kind of doubt that they will offer a rebate any time before April. It would be kind of counter productive since new cameras were just released. There will probably be one just before the successor to the 5D is announced/released.
