A quick and likely dumb questions. Both the "group portrait" and "technology II" challenges have the extra rules flag...but I do not see any extra rules listed? They both seem to have just the normal "advanced" editing rules.

So why the flag?

Open challenges are usually Basic editing.

So they used the flag just to tell folks that these are advanced instead of basic?

OK. makes no sense to me since it is already stated...and causes even more confusion, but if that is the case, so be it.

thanks for the clarification. I may have been the only one dumb enough to wonder. LOL

I think without the flag, a lot of people might have missed the change in ruleset. It took me a moment to figure out what the flag was for too :)

Think of the flag as indicating "not the usual rules" and it maybe makes more sense.
