I have one, and I use it a lot.
Typically, I'll have the following items in it:
D70s
18-35mm 2.8
70-200mm 2.8
50mm 1.8
10-20mm
Plus several filters, my Visible Dust kit, batteries, etc. Given your list, you'd probably fit everything but perhaps the flash. That might make it a tight squeeze.
I originally bought it for DPC get-togethers and hiking in general. I like the way it acts as a sling over my right shoulder, although if your shoulder is at all out of shape, you'll probably get tired of having it there for too long. It also has a strap you can wrap around your waste, and that helps alleviate some of the pressure on the shoulder.
EDIT: Re-reading your list, and giving it more thought, I do believe you would be fine getting your flash to fit. I'd think everything would fit as you're describing it, particularly since the 50mm takes very little space.
