Just to confirm I did receive it and I'll give it a go now...

ETA:
Here's my outcome... just basic clone tool, mostly in darken mode to get rid of the light spots. Re-cropped mostly inside the frame mark, and tweaked the sepia toning a little.

I think you might well get help even for projects for pay.
