I did some shooting on the way to work. I was just looking for some feedback.
This is Cleveland, Ohio
There's sort of a theme but I figure I'll get some feedback to help me describe the theme- if that makes sense.

No...they aren't THAT bad! I particularly like the wide shot of the pink wall and the bird shots. They've all got nice light, especially the 1st and 3rd shots.
Do you walk to work? |

I took a look at the city pics.
There is a nice gritty theme of blue collar america here
I especially like the view under the bridge/underpass, the smokehouse, the two with the picket fence - particularly the one with the wider angle and the fence shadow, the pink wall with vines (very cool) and brick wall with fence - great details and sharpness.
Some of the others don't quite have enough edge to them - the bird shots are not the best of the set IMO - of the three - the bird in flight is the best shot but doesn't seem to fit with the rest which are very architectural.
I am not a huge fan of the electrical meter either - but I can't put my finger on why...maybe the crop is too tight - more wall might help this one.
The last two seem to be a bit overexposed - the last of which holds my interest a bit more due to better textures - but the light seems a tad harsh.

Thanks! That's pretty in-line with my thoughts on the images - The theme was sorta "man and nature tangling" in a subtle, yet nihilism-scented way.
To answer the question: I don't walk to work but I tend to get out when the light is right and when the zombie-style work drone brain-chip needs reformatting.
