| Hey people. I'm just trying to figure out what happened to my brushes in photoshop... All of a sudden I have to estimate the size of the brush I'm using as there is no brush shape on the screen; only a small crosshair. Maybe I accidentally pushed a button that I don't know about? It's making editing very difficult... any help would be appreciated, thanks. |

Did you just accidently change your brush to the smallest size?
Pushing [ and ] (under and to the right of the backspace key) will go through the brush sizes for you--I find this much quicker when using brushes anyway to switch sizes quickly rather than continually clicking and scrolling through the menu. Just learned that one rather recently. |

Caps lock toggles the cross hairs.
