| Now if government would only realize how much energy (money) is wasted on useless lighting... hmmmm, perhpas if we told them they could waste it on something else?? |

This link is mostly to do with atmospheric conditions in a given location but there is also a 'light pollution' map. You have to find your State and then a location near you to get to the map.
