If we check the box requesting a full critique of our challenge submissions, when should we expect to receive it? I thought I checked the box for all applicable challenges but I haven't received anything. Am I missing something or are these critiques limited to a select few who check that box?

Checking the box does not guarantee the receipt of a critique. There is a thread under the Critique Club forum that explains it fully, but I have a toddler on the loose and can't get it right now. Maybe someone else can get you a link.
