Well hehe I love big apertures and well yeah, it doesn´t really seem to matter what I do at those apertures regarding focus, about 1-2 of every 10 images are out of focus badly enough they are unusuable. My first SLR was the Canon 10D and using MF was pretty much hopeless with it cause of the small viewfinder so I just have come to depend on using AF and usually the center point and recompose with scenes as this one of Sævar, with headshots though when the AF is extremely shallow I usually use one of the off center focus pints.
Just come over and visit dude and I´ll show you all the muted colours you want :) |

Here is week 35 finally, was saving the portraits for this month as I potentially wanted to use one of them for the free study, wich now I have made up my mind on what to submit. |

Here is week 36, week 37 might take a while since it´s the first time I do a composite image and I have to spend some serious PP time on it to get it to look right, haven´t even started :) Project is still on track though, shot week 39 earlier today. |

i can honestly say that this is one of the first shots by you that I am not particularly taken by.. The `sun behind the subject` style works great on some of your earlier shots, but on this one doesnt really work for me.. just my opinion.. still, I really like the other 39 so far! |

Kudos on some great portraits, Larus. There are some stunning images here, and a very neat idea. I don't think I know enough people to even consider an undertaking like this.

Had to beat up my baby sister for week 50 as that was the only way to get her to the studio.
Techo: Thx but no, I am so glad this is almost over and will never do this again, don´t regret it but there were weeks I simply had no time and I don´t want to constrain myself so much. I do reccomend this but not for me, at least not for a while :) |
