I had a shoot with a soon to be well known music artist yesterday. His management team needs the photos for his promotion work. I'm forced to use my girlfriend's computer and it doesn't have a cd burner on it. How else could I go about getting the pics to these guys? I was just going to email them but doesn't email compress photos? Thanks for any help! |

Congrats on the shoot.
edit: brain fart
edit: (with a not so stupid idea)
Why not take your memory card to the local camera store and have them burn a CD/DVD for you. It all depends on how many images you need to provide whether this is a viable option or not and whether you have the time to wait.

No, email doesn't compress photos. Try to email them, you might get lucky and not hit the message size limit on your end or theirs if one exists. |

How large are you looking at? Ask the management team if they have FTP to send it to. That is a great way to send files. If they don't, I had someone from work recommend rapid share at one point. I don't know if you have to pay for it or not.
