RESPONSIBILITIES
â€Â˘ Model, texture, and polish interior & exterior architectural spaces and world objects based on conceptual artwork and reference photography.
â€Â˘ Work in a highly collaborative manner with the team Art Director, core team members, and outsourcing partners to accomplish our development initiatives pertaining to studio outsourcing needs.
â€Â˘ Assist Art Director and core team in environment outsource.
â€Â˘ Effectively engage the technical production phases of environmental production such as, content optimizations, performance analysis, shader development, lighting, internal tools and systems.
â€Â˘ Participate in meetings, reviews, and planning as part of effective communication with the team.
â€Â˘ Will capably and consistently meet project deadlines / milestones as set by project leads and Art Director.
â€Â˘ Mentor other Midway environment artists in best practices, processes, and procedures pertaining to production.
â€Â˘ Ability to work in a variety of artistic styles and game genres.
Requirements:
â€Â˘ AA/BFA preferred; or a portfolio that demonstrates an industry standard level of art. (High school diploma or GED required.)
â€Â˘ The ideal candidate has shipped at least two titles; preferably at least one on console, either PS2 / Xbox or both. (1st or 3rd person games a plus.) Ability to model, texture, and light 3D Environments at the highest level of next generation industry standards.
â€Â˘ Strong technical aptitude related to 3D modeling tools and real-time game engine technologies.

Traffic Manager
