Does anyone know what I need to download to play the puzzles on MSNBC? It says "Click to a run an ActiveX control on this page" or something to that effect. But I get the red x where the puzzle should be.

| Not sure about the MSNBC jigsaws so I can't help there (sorry), but if you're itching to play some online jigsaw puzzles, check out Shockwave.com's Daily Jigsaw. They put a new photo jigsaw puzzle up everyday and you can even submit your own photo for possible use. Good timewaster, and pretty fun. |

Actually, that page prompted me to download Shockwave, which coincidently is what I needed for the MSNBC puzzles! But I'll have to try this new one also. It looks just as nice as MSNBC's and I've always wanted to submit my own pictures for the puzzles.

| Ah, maybe it's some sister-site-link thingy... or something. ;-) I was hooked on that Daily Jigsaw for a while, everyday checking what new puzzle they had up there (bored at work). I usually started with the "find edges" button which only shows the outside parts, then put those together, then clicked it again to show the rest. |

| the red x usually indicates a plug-in needed or setting that needs to be changed. |

you need the Shockwave plug-in to play which you seemed to have figured out.
