We've all seen the videos where models are made skinnier via photoshop. If not, watch this dove ad.

My question is...How does one select an area and then transform it? Say I wanted to select the outer edge of a thigh and then bring it in a bit. Or move and enlarge a set of eyes.

Any suggestions? I'm working with PS3.

liquefy is the most common way

Someone should write a tutorial for just liquify. I think I've got the basics down but it seems a bit difficult to use.
