Background:
The mission of the Whole Foods Market National Photo Studio is to visually define and support the Whole Foods Market brand by providing a wide variety of image resources to the National and Regional Marketing, Central Communications and Quality Standards, Publications, PR, National Purchasing, Private Label and Central Support Teams.
Objective:
As the quantity, depth and breadth of photo requests continue to increase, we will need to streamline the basic day-to-day studio processes so we can continue to provide the highest quality visual resources to support the Whole Foods Market brand.
Proposed Intern Responsibilities: 8-12 hrs per week paid
Prop Maintenance- Cataloging prop inventory, prop sourcing, research and general organization Assist with building prop settings/dry cleaning linens/etc.
Shoot Assistance- Shopping for food shoots including Flavors, Secret Ingredient, and Meals for 4, as well as other national and regional shoots Assisting on studio and location shoots (scout locations, prep backdrops, lights, steaming linens, etc.)
Collateral Organization- Gathering and organizing regional collateral with WFM photography from regions General organization of the marketing collateral closet
Administrative- Organization of regional feedback on photography to ensure consistency and quality Ensure all images contain proper file info data and are properly uploaded and cross-referenced in Cumulus under categories Help maintain image archive collection and manage image researching requests Assist in process and naming images in high volume shoots such as for The Vault Prioritize product samples for PL and Nat. Project packaging shoots Cataloging Photo Request Forms
