i think because i can't afford a d3 or d300 or whatever comes out next i'm going to "jump ship" over to fuji (s3pro)...
i'm happy with my nikon and third party f-mount lenses and have already invested to much in that glass to honestly think about jumping to canon...that is also a question of honor and pride! ;) |

I was searching for a D3 announcement and came across this. Perhaps the D3 is coming faster then you think. :D

Hey, all you folks that're gonna dump your Nikon stuff if they don't meet your expectations and/or time constraints? PLEASE give me a shot at your stuff.
I don't make my living with my camera, so I don't have to have the latest, greatest, fastest, and best equipment.
I'm delighted with the excellent products that have been made for many, many years by both manufacturers, but I have a Nikon now since Canon didn't make what I wanted when I bought my D70s after having a Canon for 25 years.
I love my Nikon stuff!

| One report that I read said there will be a d3, but x, or h or whatever else. Just D3. And a d300 as well, but who knows what is real and what is just internet jibba jabba. |
