I just realized something that needs clarification. Ok, here goes.
You need to vote on 20 percent of the challenge for your vote to count. What about votes received? I've received votes within minutes of the challenge rollover, it wouldnt be possible for people to vote on 20 percent of the challenge. If someone casts you a vote, it's up there for good. But what if that person doesn't vote on the 20 percent of the challenge? I've never seen my vote count drop. Does that mean that persons vote stays in the vote count, but doesn't go towards your voting average. Is there a way to tell how many actual votes went into the average score?
These are some dirty, dirty questions, my friends. I pray for us all.

I think if you do not make the 20% by the end of the challenge your votes will disappear.

At the end of every challenge the "vote scrubber" drops all non-20% voters' votes and other anomolies as well. Watch your score just before & just after rollover, you'll see the difference.

At rollover when the votes are calculated, the voters who didn't vote 20% have their votes not count -- or thrown out. That's why sometimes, you can have one score right at rollover, but find your final score changes, sometimes significantly when you see your final score.
I've had mine go up after rollover, and sometimes they drop. You just hope its your low voters who didn't get their 20% in.
