| What is the deal with that image that keeps popping up that asks to be voted a one or two? Just curious anyone know |

I think it may have been done on a dare or as a social experiment.
*but we shouldn't talk about current challenge photos....oops!

| If you skip an image (ie. don't vote) it will pop up again and again. |

It's been done before. Look at this users profile ( charliebaker), then sort by score with lowest score first. :) |

I don't know why such shots aren't just immediately dq'd. |
