He, he, maybe us in the interior get "preferential treatment" (that would be a first) :)

Lol, hey, we're stuck over here on an island and forgotten about! No whining from you mainlanders ;)

I'm subscribed to Rangefinder and Outdoor Photographers and I just realized how much better the Rangefinder is.

Get it. Just get it.

I suscrbe to:

Shutterbug
Popular Photography
Rangefinder (Free)
After Capture (Free)
Studio Photography (Free)

And the freebies are the best. I am going to lose Shutterbug and am considering American Photo

I tried, honestly I did! My subscription never arrived so I emailed, giving them the subscription number they'd sent me. They said the info matched some guy in the States and the first issue had just been sent out, and was that info mine?
Hellz no, it's not even CLOSE to me, and if that # they put in their email was the subscription #, it didn't come close to what I'd sent them. Of course I told them this in reply, and haven't heard from them since..... a month or more ago?

Well, I never heard back from them while trying to straighten out their subscription bungle, which rather ticked me but figured it was free, what right had I to complain? So I decided to give them another try. A month after signing up I get a snailmail that free subscriptions are now only available in the US but they'd be happy to sign me up for $85 year. No thanks! And why didn't they just email me that info??

I receive Rangefinder and it's a great magazine, a bit heavy on the ads but I think that's part of the reason I like it so much. I would love to receive After Capture too but they don't deliver to Canada, although they're the same publishing house as Rangefinder. I tried twice and received the same email refusing delivery. I'm due for another try.

I'm still wondering why I didn't get an email refusal.

Maybe they're trying to phase out Canadian delivery of Rangefinder as well, instead of introducing delivery on Capture, first step being discontinuing free subscriptions to Canada?

I sure hope not. I would probably pay for it anyway though, it's a great read.
