This can be tattoos or it could be jewelry or fashion. Anything that accentuates the body. Toe rings, henna on the hands, hair weaves. Whatever you take as "body art" get a shot and post it.
Got this idea from a comment on a nudity thread (//www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=40430) where magnetic9999 said that penii & vaginas were excluded from nude shots because "it's an easy place 'to draw a line'."
I just thought about drawing lines on the body and next thing ya know 'Ol Jed's a millionaire.

Sounds good to me,, You'll create a rush on back copies of "Modern Primitives" so folks know what the heck body modification is!
hmmmm,, let's do I have any I can put up on EBAY???

| I can barely see the last lines of a henna tattoo that I let my friend draw all over my hand for a tv show, and all I can say is NEVER again. |

I think that is a great idea. I did a great portrait once - one of my favorite shots ever, and I'd love to re-do something like it for a body art challenge!

I agree that it would be a fine idea for a challenge, it would really leave alot of options.

My partner is very into body painting, rather than tats, and I have been meaning to do a photo shoot of some for a while.
Great idea for a challenge, hopefully it will eventuate. |

When I was in Chef School years ago, I knew a guy would "decorate" nude bodies with icing decorations and photograph them. It was a pretty wild portfolio, tastefully done but very unusual. I bet the "clean-up" was fun!
