The annual parseid shower produces many colorful meteors, so if you have any free time this weekend make sure you take a gaze at the night sky.
The maximum activity will be between August 12th and 13th.
A non perseid shower meteor, the picture is about 2 years old, it was taken a day before the maximum activity.

I'd love to try some meteor shower photos, weather permitting, though there is a lot of light pollution around me.
Does anybody have any advice on citified meteor shower photography?
Examples would be great!
I might even drive off somewhere dark for it. :-)

Be a new moon here in the States, so should be good and dark.
