I can't figure it out? Putting the url in the thumbnail dropdown isn't working. I'm getting this: [thumb]//bryans.smugmug.com/photos/98180926-M.jpg[/thumb]

If it's off site it has to be a thumbnail to begin with.

EDIT - If you just want to place an image use the insert image button, third from left.

For smugmug you will want to post a link and a smugmug thumbnail.

On your photo page over at smug there is a link on top labeled "share my photo" click that and you will be on a email my photo page there is a link on the top of that page labeled Forums/Blogs Etc (click it an you will see all kinds of cut and pasteable stuff. Cut the thumbnail link and paste it into the

(no space between bracket and img)
[ img ]//pollarddigital.smugmug.com/photos/181911280-Th.jpg[/img] code here.

Use Link + imgage and you have:

[ url=//pollarddigital.smugmug.com/gallery/3083643/5/181911280/Large][ img ]//pollarddigital.smugmug.com/photos/181911280-Th.jpg[/img][/url]

Without the spaces it looks like:
