| I'm graduating from college next spring, and I'm heavily considering attending photography school after I graduate. I'm already looking at Columbia College in Chicago where I live and the Art Institute of Atlanta. I wanted to know what any of you had any suggestions for good schools I should consider going to. I'm open to going pretty much anywhere in the country. Thanks |

Without some idea of what you want to shoot, what kind of work you're doing now, how much you're willing to spend, whether you want a comprehensive education from a university program that will grant a bachelor's degree or a narrowly focused photography program, it's impossible to really answer your question.
People can give you examples of different schools, but unless the school's program matches well with your individual needs, it won't be a good fit. There are thousands of different programs out there for studying photography. You could go to any one of them. |

| And with Spaz having said that (to which I would have to agree) I'll put out Brooks Institute for you before this thread is lost and I forget about it. More geared to sports and PJ shooters though. |

| Im just taking courses at a semi-community like college in Delaware. I figure you cant teach "the eye" but you can learn lighting and the likes, and they offer all of that, at 1/3 of the price of an "ART" school. |
