So, I am officially on a 34 day vacation. YAHOO!
I'm planning to hit the road to different places (Maine, PA, Ocean City, & Miami) and am looking forward to really shooting and capturing some memorable moments from my time off.
And each time, when I get back home and dlaod my pix, I look forward to sharing them here with my DPC community. That's what it's all about for me. Maybe I'll find a shot I love & will want to submit it. Maybe not.
Guess what I'm trying to say is that we all come here for different reasons. Instead of reacting to what's happening on the site, let's try to be catalysts to making this site more of what we hope to get out of it. Complaining can release some negative energey, sure, but it also says that we are victims and things just happen and we have no say or control over it. Why not be an actor and make things happen instead?
Don't like competing in the challenges? Well, heck, submit some pix for discussion or just to share. Get some folks together for a side challenge or two.
There's seems to be many slices to DPC, where folks can find what they are looking for. If not, why not carve out some space in the forums and start it up on your own. You can do it all here.
Been reading a lot through the forus to catch up on things here but have been kinda disheartened by it. My first response to it? Spread some peace & love, rooster style!
So here it is, me trying to give love a chance. Sharing something foto related that I am super pysched about.
